Staying at Sky Corral Ranch

Does Sky Corral Ranch provide linens and towels?

Yes, there will be a fresh set of linens placed upon your arrival, along with one towel for your use during your stay at Sky Corral Ranch. We provide limited toiletries and suggest that our guests bring shampoo, soap and conditioner for their stay. Traditional maid services or night turndown service are not offered at Sky Corral Ranch. Shall you need fresh linens or towel daily, this can be arranged for an additional cost with the Property Host.

Are there TVs in the cabin and lodge rooms?

We hope you embrace spending time with your guests and enjoying the activities of the outdoors, therefore we don’t have any TVs at Sky Corral Ranch.

How do I make reservations?

Do you have WiFi?

Sky Corral Ranch has password-protected WiFi and will provide this upon request. It is satellite and not suitable for streaming video or downloading large files. Enjoy your time away!.

Is there shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryers provided?

These items are not provided. We welcome you to provide your own shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers for your stay.

Is there a refrigerator I can have access to?

We have limited refrigerator space available to our guests, however for those who have specific needs we can always look at accommodating you during your stay at Sky Corral Ranch. Please contact your Property Host with more details.

Is there air-conditioning in cabin and lodge rooms?

We do not have air conditioning within our cabin and lodge rooms. Nestled in the mountains, our daily temperatures are around 75 degrees during the summer, with it quickly cooling off during the evening hours. We suggest bringing a jacket or snuggling in a blanket on our patio once the sun sets.

Will there be a place to get water?

Yes. We highly encourage filling up your water bottles while you stay at Sky Corral Ranch. Being hydrated is extremely important to us, therefore you can fill up your water in our community dining room at any time.

Who will help facilitate my stay at Sky Corral Ranch?

Great question! Your experience at Sky Corral Ranch is extremely important to us! You will have an Experience Director by your side throughout the entire planning process as well as an Experience Facilitating Team throughout your stay at Sky Corral Ranch. You will be introduced immediately to your Property Host upon securing your reservation through info@skycorral.org. We look forward to seeing you soon!

What amenities are in the lodge rooms?

Individual lodge rooms will provide our guests with a fresh set of bed linens and a towel for their stay. Each sleeping room will have a semi-private bathroom to use throughout the comfort of your stay. The community dining room is where our guests enjoy their meals together. Plates, flatware, glasses and all dishware will be provided by Sky Corral Ranch and their team. Gas grills are not available.

May I request a specific lodge room?

Yes, we would be happy to request a specific lodge room for you at Sky Corral Ranch. Please contact your Property Host to reserve your specific room today.

Do you have minimum night stays?

Not at this time! However, we feel that your experience at Sky Corral Ranch will be best enjoyed if you stay for at least three nights.

Sky Corral Ranch Policies

Do you accept pets?

Although we love pets, pets are not allowed at Sky Corral Ranch.

What is your cancellation policy?

At this time all sales are final.

What is your payment policy?

For sleeping accommodations: We will ask for a $500 reservation deposit to secure your stay at Sky Corral Ranch, which will be included in your final invoice for your stay. Final payment are due prior to event check-in. Please note, all reservations are final.

For premium meal selections: We will ask for your final guest count 30 days prior to your stay at Sky Corral Ranch. We will ask for final payment 30 days prior to your stay.

How do we assign rooms at Sky Corral Ranch?

Every rooms located in the lodge are personalized with an authentic name embracing Colorado. With our encouraged 15-person minimum and 47-person maximum, we highly suggest assigning your rooms prior to your stay. We would happily assist in making the assigning process simply and easy. May I have a campfire?

Sky Corral Ranch has a wonderful fire-pit on our breathtaking patio. We will have nightly campfires, pending fire bans, where we can roast marshmallows and tell stories under the stars. We are very strict on not allowing campfires when there is a fire ban. The safety of our guests and respecting our nature is our highest priority. Please email your Experience Director at info@skycorral.org to receive more details on the fire ban at that time and to set up a night of s’mores as well.

What is your smoking policy?

Sky Corral Ranch is a non-smoking property. We are amongst breathtaking beauty which we respect dearly, therefore smoking of any kind is not permitted and this policy will be strictly enforced. We will kindly ask you to leave the property if this policy is broken, there will not be any refunds provided due to your actions.

What is your alcohol policy?

What is your firearms policy?

Sky Corral Ranch does not allow firearms of any kind on property. Please contact your Experience Director at info@skycorral.org with any questions.

What is your marijuana policy?

Sky Corral Ranch is a non-smoking property. We are amongst breathtaking beauty which we respect dearly, therefore smoking of any kind is not permitted and this policy will be strictly enforced. We will kindly ask you to leave the property if this policy is broken, there will not be any refunds provided due to your actions.

What do I need to provide when hosting a retreat at Sky Corral Ranch?

What is your drone policy?

Sky Corral Ranch kindly asks that you speak directly to your Experience Director at info@skycorral.org to discuss the details of your drone and necessity in utilizing this at Sky Corral Ranch.

What is your parking policy?

Sky Corral Ranch allows for 10 cars to stay on property throughout the duration of your stay. We encourage carpooling and shuttles to accommodate your guests. We will happily provide you with shuttle information and can also assist in organizing your arrangements as well! Please contact your Experience Director at info@skycorral.org with any questions.

Is there cell phone Service?

There is little to no cell phone accessibility at Sky Corral Ranch. Sky Corral Ranch understands the importance of being accessible, and therefore we have a landline that is available to use to check-in on loved ones miles away and for emergency purposes

May I rent a gas grill?

Sky Corral Ranch does not have any gas grills on property. For more information please, email your Experience Manager at info@skycorral.org.

Check-In: 4 p.m. Check-Out: 11 a.m .*We will gladly discuss early check-in or late check-out. Please discuss with your Experience Manager at info@skycorral.org to confirm your requests and details.

Do you have handicapped-accessible lodge rooms available? How do I reserve this?

Two rooms located in the Sky Corral Lodge are ADA accessible. Please make your reservation on our website or contact our Experience Director at info@skycorral.org to request your specific needs. Your stay is very important to us!

Are pack n plays available?

Sky Corral Ranch does not provide pack n plays at this time.

What are the dining options at Sky Corral Ranch?

You are welcome to bring your own food options and prepare them in the kitchen.  Cooking tools, pots, and pans, and serving dishes are all available for use.

What is the weather like during each season?

The weather surrounding Sky Corral Ranch is forever changing and therefore we suggest to always be prepared and ready for every type of weather. In Colorado we are known for endless amounts of sunshine and also rapid weather change, which makes every day enjoyable and authentic! Therefore, be prepared for 75 degrees in the afternoon and 50 degrees in the evening possibly every season.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Yes, absolutely! Since you will be preparing your own food, you can accomodate as you wish!

Do you have laundry facilities?

We do not provide on-site laundry services for guests.

Do you have a workout gym?

We do not have a gym at Sky Coral Ranch. However, we are surrounded by healthy workout opportunities with hiking trails, mountain running and the serenity that comes with exercising in nature.

Can I recycle?

Yes, we highly encourage recycling. We will have recycling bins located throughout Sky Corral Ranch for your use while you stay at Sky Corral Ranch.

Do you have a swimming pool or hot tub?

We do not have a swimming pool or hot tub at Sky Corral Ranch.

Do you have picnic tables?

Yes, and we welcome you to enjoy them!

What lawn games do you provide?

Our guests are welcome to play corn hole, badminton, bocce ball, and Frisbees. The lawn games are for use on a first come, first served basis.

If we forget something, where is the closest grocery store?

The nearest grocery store is 45 miles away! Therefore, we will always have items on property that may accommodate your needs if you forget any items. We can’t guarantee anything; however, we welcome you to ask when items are needed while you enjoy your stay at Sky Corral Ranch.

Is there a shuttle to and from the airport?

No, we do not provide a shuttle service to or from Sky Corral.

Where can I find information regarding road conditions?

We welcome you to explore the Colorado Department of Transportation for weather updates and conditions.

Should I be concerned about the altitude?

Where Sky Corral Ranch is located being aware of the altitude is highly encouraged. We suggest being knowledgeable and prepared for the altitude. Please contact your Experience Director at info@skycorral.org with any questions and guidance on how to ensure you are prepared for the altitude.

If I am not staying at Sky Corral Ranch may I use the facility?

Yes, absolutely! Your Experience Director can happily facilitate all your off-site activities and creating a personalized experience true to your guests! May I host my Wedding at Sky Corral Ranch?
